Each subcommittee operates under the guidance of the main Special Events Committee and works collaboratively to ensure the success of every event. Together, these teams make church events meaningful, impactful, and enjoyable for all who attend.


Communications

If you love storytelling and documenting history, the Communications Subcommittee is calling your name! You’ll recap events, keep records, and create an annual report of activities and accomplishments.

Decorations

 Are you creative and enjoy transforming spaces? The Decorations Subcommittee needs you to help design and set up event decor, as well as manage teardown and cleanup after the event.

Hospitality

If you’re passionate about food and hospitality, the Food Subcommittee is the place to be! You’ll help plan menus, oversee meal service, and work with the logistics team to handle cleanup.
